Paint and Stim

Inspired by the popular Paint and Sip classes, this workshop will allow you to complete a new painting during one session. During the session you do not have to feel obligated to socialise with other attendees. You will not be required to mix and chat with other, if you do not feel comfortable doing so. Bring your ear defenders or music to listen to and any fidget items that you normally use to help you self-regulate, if needed. Initial instruction will be given to the whole group (with a brief discussion of how neurodivergence can impact the way we create art), and Beth will provide individualised support throughout the class.
